Nexus disruptive upgrade - vPC between 5.0 and 7.0

I have two N5k-C5548UPs in a vPC domain running 5.0.3 that are ISSU ineligible. I want to upgrade them to 7.0(5)N1(1).

Does anyone know if I upgrade the vPC primary to 7.0 in a "disruptive" upgrade if vPC will form during the SW version mismatch where the secondary is still on 5.0?

Yes, VPC should work fine with 2 different versions on 2 different switches.
