Online Diag Status OID

Hi,
Could you help me please - I can't find correct OID for my problem. I want to get Online Diag Status via SNMP for each module from my Cisco 6509.

according to the SNMP Object Navigator, the below is what you need:

If I using snmpwalk I see that all modules diag status is "pass", but it's not true(please look attached pichure)
