i have a query regarding the dynamic interfaces in packet tracer WLC 3504.
Scenario: The topology attached with this post contains three VLANs 10 ( as native VLAN), 20, 30 and their respective SVIs configured on switch. I I have also created WLANs and dynamic interfaces created for the above mentioned VLANs with VLAN 10 configured as dynamic AP manager.
Problem:
If I ping from VLAN 10 wireless PC to wired PC in other VLANs, the ping is successful and proper as expected.
Yet the ping from other VLAN say VLAN 20 wireless PC to the wired PC in other VLAN are not successful.
Reason: WLC decaps and forwards all traffic received from CAPWAP tunnel( VLAN 10 ) to the switch as untagged frames. So the switch forwards any traffic other than VLAN 10 also to the same VLAN 10 interfaces not the other configured VLAN interfaces.
