received-route no such neighbor

I'm using ebgp to connect R1 and r2, in R1< I saw four routes are advertised  to R2,

in R2, I run sh ip bgp al summary, I see states column :4

but when I use sh ip bgp nei R1's ip received-routes, it says:  No such neighbor or address family, why?

have you configured 'neighbor x.x.x.x soft-reconfiguration inbound on R2 ?
