Unable to enter Into Cisco Catalyst Switch/WS-2960 -24TC-L ExpressSet Up

After Resetting the switch unable to enter into  Express Setup.

Even 10.0.0.1 is not pininging but the "syst" and "stat" LEDs are Lit in green continuously.

switch might have gone into rommon during reset, can you get a console cable on it see what the output is showing in putty ?

Problem rectified by console cable connection. Express setup completed .

I have this problem as well. How did you rectify it? I can access the console but haven't found a menu item related to restarting Express setup.
