I have a new install with Codec EQ with quad cam, and quite often, the audio coming out of the speakers from the quad cam drops and is very low, even if the volume is at 100%.
Counter intuitively, often tuning the volume up on a video conferencing system will make things harder to hear as echo cancellation on one or both ends of the call will kick in and lower the volume. Try setting things back to a lower level (start very low and work your way up slowly until you reach a suitable level).
