For the previous two years I have been migrating from TMS/TCS to control hub. As I migrated codecs I created email addresses for each unit because I was under the impression that I could link Microsoft365 to Control Hub, which I have done. I thought that I could schedule a meeting in Outlook between two codecs and at start time would get a 'Join' option for the user to press. This is where I have been unsuccessful. The codecs recognize a meeting is scheduled but nothing happens aside from it stating the room is reserved. I am curious if it is possible to schedule conferences via Outlook, defined start and end time, like I was previously able to do in TMS.
Side Note: This is in an educational setting so class start/end times are defined and we do not always have individuals at the remote locations that can dial into the PMR used.
