¿Puedo cambiar manualmente la hora en la versión SX20 8.3.1? (NTP)

There doesn't seem to be a way to set the time to something manually - it's highly recommended that you use an NTP server for your time on your endpoint. This should be pretty easy to accomplish in most installations by pointing your endpoint to a WIndows Domain Controller or your Internet Router, or one of the many public NTP sites (eg tme.google.com). Note: if using the DNS name of the NTP server, make sure your endpoint has a DNS server configured so it can resolve the name to an IP (again, you can use Google's if you don't have your own: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4).

Wayne is correct - the Cisco Telepresence endpoints do not have an internal clock for you to set, they must reference an NTP server. It's highly likely you have one on your network, but if you don't and need to use a public one like Google, your firewall will need to allow port 123 outbound for it to work. That is the standard port for NTP.
