CE8.3 the screen shows a touch panel required error in the Home page

Hi Team

When i upgrade the Codec software CE8.2 to CE8.3  in SX80 the screen shows a touch panel required error message in the home page.

Even though I have configured "0" to the touchpads the issue is still the same.

There was no error like this in CE8.2.

Please provide some solution to hide this error notification in CE 8.3.

You're hitting bug CSCvc80148, and is fixed in CE9, or downgrade to CE8.2 if upgrading isn't an option.
