Cisco TMS 15.6.1 and Webex configuration

All,

I am having issue with webex setting configuration in TMS, I have entered hostname as configured on Webex Admin page under Site setting. I am getting error message Connection Failure and could not connect to site. Verify that the hostname and site name are correctly configured. 

 

I can ping sitename and access URL from TMS server. 

How do I resolve this issue?

Are you setting up CMR Hybrid, and if so has the Webex site been configured for CMR Hybrid? You have TP Session types in the webex site?

Your issue sounds like a connectivity issue, TMS tries to connect to Webex using port 80 or 443, firewall preventing connection most likely. 

 

Otherwise you should open TAC support case for help with this
