CMS webrtc video playback issue detected - retrying....

I am getting this message sporadically when logging webbridge both my internal and external webbridges. Anyone have any documentation on what causes the error message or experience a similar issue? Version 2.0.15

We have the same problem with CMS 2.2.9 and Google Chrome 63.0.3239.132 using WebRTC with TURN Server both via Port 443.  The problem occurs only sporadically and is not reproducible.

I did turn over 447 per the guide.
