Could not communicate with the Server in i try to connect Jabber with Mobile and remote access

                     I am getting below error while trying to login in jabber through expressway . Please help me to fix this issue

What troubleshooting have you done so far??

HI Jamie ,

check the hole mra configuration on expressway's . check all dns srv records internal and external

change host name from ip to fqdn

right now i have upgraded the expressway's

just see the on expressway c that the proxy request go through expressway e to expressway c

.on the jabber advanced settings i see the correct tftp information .fqdn name from imp server

Could you please tell your domain i mean the domain.com

Also make sure you have same A record (same host name used) created for expressway E on Public DNS and Internal DNS server.

Is the cup srv record created on the internal DNS server pointing to IMP.

this is working , because I receive the correct fqdn name if I try to connect over mra

I also see the proxy request on expressway c .and the login name (username ) will also changed from user@domain  to user name

Could you please share your domain name and what is A record you created on internal and external DNS server for Expressway E server.

Did you used single NIC or Dual NIC on EXpressway E ?

• _collab-edge._tls.video.logicdata.net: 10 10 8443 expe.video.logicdata.net.

As well 

• TCP port(s) 1720, 5060, 5061 at 80.120.196.92 video.logicdata.net.
• TCP port(s) 5061, 8443, 5222 at 80.120.196.92 expe.video.logicdata.net.

what is video.logicdata.net is it pointing to some different server ?

Also in internal DNS server, is the expressway pointing to DMZ IP or Public IP address.

It should point to Public IP address and hostname should always be same as external hostname which is expe.video.logicdata.net

You need to take the diagnostic logging with TCP dump marked.

I think we need to analyse there.

One more thing you have cup record created in internal dns server ?

_cuplogin._tcp.example.com SRV 0 1 8443 cup.example.com

What is the user id format is it user@video.logicdata.net.

after a couple of checks I think the problem is not the mra

now I couldn't log in with local jabber with the same error message
