Hello,
an user reported me he had trouble with Cisco SX10 codec.
On Issues and Diagnostics page i see there are a couple of disconnection for the same meeting and the reason is OtherRemote
Below you can see the details:
I would like to know which is the cause.
Can I check some logs to understand better what happened?
Thanks

Hopefully the logs will help you troubleshoot. Take a look at Page 51 of this guide. It shows how to download logs.
I would try "Full Call History" to see if that includes the full signaling exchange.
If that doesn't show you what you are looking for, the Extended Logging along with re-creating the failed call should show you what you are looking for.
Let us know if you need help understanding what you see in the log files.

Hi,
I observed the “shutdown “ disconnect cause when analyzing dropped calls after a while and many times was the firewall cutting down the session and the most of deployment were with ALG enabled. After disabling that the video calls became stable .
I would investigate with your security team.
Please let us know.
