DX70 unable to register to CUCM

Unable to register DX70 android version with CUCM. Added the profile in CUCM but the phone is not getting registered. 

configured the DX70 with correct tftp server IP also 

I can see nothing happening in the dx70, its frequently asking for the username and password.

What CUCM release?

Can you reach the TFTP?

Yes its in the same lan... 

Its a fresh device... Do i need to configure something in it?

Have you properly added the device to CUCM? does it have a line?

If it's prompting you for service name, user and password, it might be trying to use MRA, try a factory reset.

tried factory reset also.. not working.. 

i am using cucm 10.5 and there are no any defaults in it.. should i need to add any device packs for registering this android version??

JUST CONFIGURED THE PHONE WITH LAN.. DEVICE GOT REGISTERED IMMEDIATELY..

For all the past days.. i am trying to register with wifi which was not happening.
