How can i setup pstn dialing from a TMS endpoint that is not registered to CUCM?

My video endpoints are registered to VCS. I want them to be able to dial a pstn audio call only. How do I set that up?

I have a trunk to CUCM 11.0

VCS is X8.5.1

Don't know if it will work or if it's possible, but have you tried make an audio-only call via the PTSN from VCS to CUCM? What if you register the endpoint to CUCM and dial out the PSTN that way?
