Does anyone know if its possible to Disable the LAN port on the ISDN Link? I'm not talking about the companion port for the Codec side. I'm looking to do this through the Serial port.
Thanks

I do not believe that you can disable the port that allows it to be connected to a LAN.
If you really need to, your best bet would be to use some sort of physical block such as a Jack Lock, or similar by Panduit, or Siemon, or I'm sure there are others around too.

So this ISDN LINK is wide open as far as vulnerabilities on the IP side, since there is no way to lock down the port? That seems rather flakey from someone like Cisco who deals a lot with switches that can be Locked down.. Also makes this thing useless for military (DOD) related applications since they will scan the port for threats and it will fail..
Thanks
