HI All,

I have come across a case wherein SPAM caller were sending call to EXpressway-E using the domain name of our system and due to fallback alias configured the call was going to CMS IVR number.

And from the CMS IVR number they dialed the external PSTN number and got through the call.

Is it possible a caller can dial external number through CMS IVR ?

Regards,

Geeta

If the system is not configured properly, then things like that can happen.

in CMS we have only Outbound call setting with Expressway C and CUCM and having only our domain name defined.

TAC has shared this Bug with us for our case - https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvz21954.

I wanted to know if the fixed or newer version dose it means once the call is answered the REFER message cannot be used to change the destination number.

By untrusted destination - do it means numbers other than space and dial string define in CMS.
