Problem with dualscreen video codecs and selfview

Hello,

I have a number of Cisco SX20 and C40 with dualscreen option. When in conference or on a call I'd like to have maximized selfview on the left screen with remote stream in PIP and maximized presentation on the right screen.

Now I only can have maximized remote stream on the left with selfview as PIP and maximized presentation on the right. And when I try to maximize selfview, PIP disappears.

Is there way to configure codecs to show called party or a stream from Telepresence Server as PIP? Could tuning conference templates on Conductor help me?

SW versions I'm using are:

TC7.3.2 for SX20 and C40,

X3.0.3 for Telepresence Conductor

4.1(2.33) for Telepresence Server.

Alexey, there is no way to make your local image fullscreen while the remote stream appear in the PIP on the SX20 and C40.  If you had a C60, C90, or SX80, you could use TC Console (https://developer.cisco.com/web/telepresence-developer/tools/integrators/tc-console) to customize to this.

This is not something you can configure using a Conductor or TPS.

Regards,

Darren
