Dear sir/maam

i have Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Set. In this device Recording is possible but can i recording in HDD or USB or Any external device requirement. In this device recording Port is available so i can directly recorded. please tell me.

Hi,

You won't be able to output it in a portable movie format so you'll need some sort of recording device connected to the SX20.
