What's new with the Webex Board 70s

We have installed Cisco Webex Board 70s in the meeting room. When i try to share my desktop screen then Only WHITE SCREEN coming on Board.

I have tried to share through Webex & Also Webex Team from my laptop. Even outside people who are joining Webex they have tried to share their screen but Webex Board Showing Only WHITE SCREEN. 

Can you please help me to solve this issue.

Ensure the network requirements are met by your network. This behavior would be caused by the necessary ports not being open on your firewall.
