Script to push wallpapers from TMS to endpoints

Hi All, 

looking for any possibility to push wallpapers from TMS to endpoints. Also please let me know if GIF format supports animated wallpaper.

Custom wallpapers can only be uploaded to endpoints through the web interface.
Animated wallpapers aren't supported, when uploaded, they will be converted to a static image.
