HI,

I get this in hex

07 DF 04 1A 0D 15 3B 00 2D 04 00

in response to

SNMP OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.1.8 (walk)

It is ccmPhoneTimeLastRegistered (date and time)

How to I convert?

This post explains it fairly well: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/52171/cts-system-snmp-decode-dateandtime

It is for a different object but it uses the same SNMPv2-TC DateAndTime standard.

The same info can be found in the description on the SNMP Object Navigator, though the post above is a bit clearer:

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en&translate=Translate&typeName=DateAndTime
