Source name coming blank while making calls from Polycom app

Hello All,

I am calling from Polycom Realpresence app to Expressway E/C and i am getting blank source address.

Can any one know what setting required to put something in source address like name etc.

Note: i have already filled required details in polycom app.

What version of Expressway are you running?
There is a bug in X8.9.1 where the source address will appear blank for authenticated calls, see CSCvd79039.  Upgrade to X8.10, or a workaround is to set the zone's authentication policy where the endpoint is registered to or call is coming from to "Do Not Check Credentials".
