Spark Room Kit People Counting Returns "-1"

We have a bunch of the new Spark Room Kits, and on some endpoints we are receiving a PeopleCount of -1. What does this mean?

People counting out of call is enabled, people presence detection is on.

"-1" means People Count feature doesn't work something reason.

Check PeopleCoutnOutOfCall: On .

The default is Off and PeopleCount only works for Self-View, In Call and Diagnostic mode.

CE9.1 is required for PeopleCountOutOfCall.

Will this feature work for on-prem registered Room kit device or only cloud registered?
