Hi, is there a program in place for hardware manufacturers to integrate with Cisco video end points? We need information about 3rd party USB headset integration with Cisco DX and Desk devices.
What signal being sent via USB cable to USB headset for on-hook/off-hook events on DX and Desk devices? Is there timing difference between answer and hung up the call? Basically, trying to mimic Cisco 730 headset short push to answer and long push to hung up.
