Video endpoint registered to CUCM I need to make other endpoint video

I have registered end point to CUCM and it is working fine

but I should add @NITC.com at the end of the public IP Address of the video end point.

can I make the dialing directly using the IP Address instead of adding the @NITC.com at the end point.

the call flow

sx20--->CUCM-->Exp-C-->Exp-E-->Internet---> Other end point Public IP.

If I have understand correct your request, what you need is CUCM IP Dialing. There is a very detailed configuration example on cisco.com.
