Adding SRST to a VSEC router

Hi,

I have a customer who is relocating their CUCM servers to a data centre, and wants to upgrade their existing C2921-VSEC/K9 with SRST.  When I use the Dynamic Configurator to generate a parts list, I end up with the following additional parts:

FL-SRST       Cisco Survivable Remote Site Telephony License
FL-CME-SRST-5       Communication Manager Express or SRST - 5 seat license

The part number L-FL-CME-SRST-5= exists, but it seems to me I should have to add the SRST "application" to the router - can I just add the licenses to the router and have it work?

You can just order L-FL-CME-SRST-X=

Nothing is applied to the router, it is honor based.
