Assistance with Route Patterns and Direct Routing Rules

Can anyone help me with Route Patterns and Direct Routing Rules?

I have to create a few duplicate extensions on my Cisco UCM 10.5, they are in different partitions etc. One partition is part of a call handler in unity, when I create a duplicate extension in another partition the transfer to that extension breaks. 

I think I need to create a route pattern and a direct routing rule in Unity?
