Hello,
I have 2 CUCM servers in a cluster and 1 Attendant console server. If my CUCM publisher goes down, I can no longer log into the Attendant console client. I get a CT error popup. I see the CTI route point re-register to my CUCM subscriber but I still cannot log in. Is there anyway to be able to log in even when my publisher fails?

Does the IP phone that you are trying to login to reregister to the subscriber?

Yes the IP phone re-registered with the subscriber.

Did you configure TSP on the AC server to point to both IP addresses?
Do you have both IP addresses configured within the Attendant Console web interface?
The CTI route point is specifically for calling into the queue and should not affect operator login.

I did configure the TSP with the primary and secondary addresses. In the CUCM connectivity section within the AC web interface there is only room for 1 address, so I have the primary configured in there. Is there another section that allows me to enter the secondary address?

If you are doing multiple servers for AC, you can enter in an additional CUCM.
How about your CTI ports under Phones. Are those registered?

I only have 1 server for AC. Yes the CTI ports re-register with the secondary.
