Auto Attendant on a ISR

dear community,

i have deploy a tcl script as an auto attendant on several ISRs and it went smoothly, for some reason when i deploy it on a Cisco 3845 with c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-20.T.bin

everytime i come to define the pilot it throws me this message

Warning: parameter operator has not been registered under aa namespace

what does this mean? and what can i do?

deployed the IVR on a CUE Module using SIP, but for some reason, when i enter an extension to dial or hit "0" for operator nothing happens, i get a SIP Invite on the gateway, but i do not see the dialed digit.

how do i troubleshoot the dialed number to IVR?
