I have got a DN that was forwarded recently to our main line DN due to the fires out in CA...
So DN 1020 setup to call forward all to 2390.
CUCM 10 with 2901 routers picking up remote PRIs.
We got access to our offices again late last week and I went in over the weekend and removed the forward for all the lines out in that office.
One DN (the 1020 dn) just will not stop forwarding calls to 2390.
I have rebooted phones, routers, and various services on call manager.
Turn forwarding on and off a few more times, and tried to forward to another number.
No matter what I do however, anyone that calls 1020 either internal or external gets bounced to 2390, and 2390 shows it as a standard forward.
What can I do to turn it off?
Nothing I can think of so far has stopped it.
Thanks!

Could you run it through the dialed number analyzer and see if anything stands out?

Just tried the DNA...
It shows that the call should complete properly.
No reference to any call forwarding options being setup, and absolutely no mention of the 2390 extension its forwarding to.

Then it would probably be easiest to review detailed CUCM traces after a test call. Or just call TAC...
