PIM receives the C_RT_END message from the MAPD and deletes the corresponding call information (SaoID). As the call is deleted from both the sides (PIM, MAPD), the TCP connection for that call no longer exists. If, in Post route scenario, PIM receives C_RT_END message before C_RT_SEL, it will throw this message of abnormal route end. Pim logs, with proper tracing will also show error related to this. Also you want to verify that you are not running out translation routes or have exhausted DNIS pool. These are the 2 scenarios that have been seen for this message.
