Hello All,
I have cisco MCS7835i3 with CUCM7.1 and two 72gb hard disks. Recently i am facing a issue LED's on hard drives are not blinking and CUCM gui is not accessible and all phone register to that cucm are down. Please help me in solving what should i do?

Hi Haseeb,
are you able to login through SSH into CUCM server?
if yes, u can run the command show hardware .if hard disk if faulty, you should find the output
Device Present
================
Virtual Drives : 2
Degraded : 1
Offline : 0
Physical Devices : 5
Disks : 4
Critical Disks : 2
Failed Disks : 1
Ideally, degraded and failed disk should be 0.
You can open the tac case with cisco so that they can open SR with IBM

Thanks for your kind reply. Am not able to login in cucm through ssh and GUI also not accessible.

Hi Haseeb,
then, best is to open case with Cisco .Cisco would open SR with IBM for further troubleshooting.
