Hi Yossi, it's Slavik, how are you? :)

In my experience (not specific with the MediaSense) with other Cisco UC products, like UCCE Cisco appliances, there are no public MIB that you can download and monitor with them. Even UC applications like IM&P / Finesse / VVB and etc, have no MIBs available. The only thing you can actually do is to monitor the basic linux MIB and get performance statistics like CPU / RAM and disk. Also, you can add ping tests to the device, and if your monitoring application supports HTTP REST API, you can also subscribe to MediaSense events (never done it before) and get information of things like thresholds on the storage.

Read about it here:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/mediasense/10/Dev_Guide/CUMS_BK_M01A0434_00_ms-dev-guide/CUMS_BK_M01A0434_00_ms-dev-guide_chapter_011.html#CUMS_RF_EE0D8309_00

And here is the full list about the events you can subscribe to:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/mediasense/10/Dev_Guide/CUMS_BK_M01A0434_00_ms-dev-guide/CUMS_BK_M01A0434_00_ms-dev-guide_chapter_0100.html

Another idea is that you can maybe get the Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance that'll monitor this MediaSense, it has all the Cisco UC & UCCE/X MIB built-in.

Hi Slavik

thanks for your help , have a nice day
