Cisco Meeting Server status showing failed in Expressway-C

Getting Below Error On Expressway-C

Although I have configured Guest URL on CMS

any idea why getting the status failed

Hi ,

Yes this is duplicate post but still my issue is not resolved , by mistake i clicked on accept solution ,

Sorry but I have no experience with CMS at all, so I can not help you with that.

I think you should be able to edit your selection of solved/accepted solution on the other post.

Hi, 

A few points to check

• The expressway servers should have the root CA that signed the CMS certificate 
• The expressway E server certificate should contain the guest URI in its SAN entry
• can you confirm that you are able to open the guest URI internally? 

also, please provide the CMS and expressway servers versions
