Our customer is running Unity Connection 11. I am trying to upload voice recordings as a greetings to CUC, but I get error initMMApplet: InitMMAppletInstance Failed to get instance. I understand that this is some Java issue, but I tried multiple java versions and browser, but the issue persists. As I see from Cisco doc, it should be version 7 update 79, but installing this version did not solve the issue.
Kindly help with this error.
