Hi everyone I have issue on CMC in which when we tried to put CMC code the "#" sign was only adding up to the end of CMC code. Example is CMC code: 12345 >> Submit >> 12345# Submit >> 12345##. We tested also removing the CMC code required on the route pattern and made test call and confirm working. What are possible reason and work around on this. Kindly see below image for reference:
