Conference Now MOH not working for outside callers

I have configured CN and all is working except that when an outside caller calls the DID they do not hear the MOH. Inside callers, who only need to dial a 4 digit extension do hear MOH. Suggestions?

Does the GW has access to the MOH server?

What version is this?

What do you use for PSTN?
