Contact Service Queue name does not show up in agent desktop

For some reason the new CSQ I created (and assigned a resource to) does not show up as a name on when the call is answered on the agents desktop.

Can someone tell me where I should start looking to fix this?

Thank you both for your help. I think I may have confused the issue. I don't care the customer name. The only thing I want to show up in the agent is the CSQ that it came from. I think I will open a ticket with cisco and ask them to check the configuration of the call manager. I think someone changed something and didn't know what they were doing, happens a lot. This used to work with no effort at all before.

awesome let us know what was the fix

Ivan from cisco fixed it. The Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service in UCCX  needed to be restarted and then everything worked as before.
