Corporate Directory "Host Not Found" Issues

hello 

I have a problem with corporate directory it show me in ip phone  Host not found  . the error it show me only in ip phones registred in

server cucm publisher. when i restart the ip phone  with problem , it registred in cucm subscriber and i can acces in corporate directory without

problem.

can you help me please

Hi Akram,

Try erasing CTL and ITL from Phone Security settings and check if that make any difference.

Remove CTL File

Deletes only the CTL file from the phone.

Procedure
    Step 1   From the Admin Settings menu, if required, unlock phone options.
    Step 2   Choose Reset Settings > Security .
