Corporative contacs Jabber 10.5

Good Day

One question, I have install Jabber 10.5 , and in Status of Conexion all services appear in check, but I try to search any contact and don't appear any.

But the contacs are synchronized with the LDAP because at the moment of call any contact, I can see the perfil and show all information

Any idea because Jabber don't show the contacs ??

I am assuming, you dont have your jabber-config.xml file set?  so you are using EDI for directory lookup?

in your cucm, go to user Management > user settings > service profile and check the settings of your Directory profile,

make sure you have the correct search base
