CTI Route Point not registering

I have created CTI Route Point and it is not registering:

I have added CTI RP in Jatapi App user.

Standard CTI Enabled Group/Role is done.

I am using it for System call handler(CUC).

CTI services is enabled in CUCM.

I also restarted CUC.

Any suggestions?

CTI RP DO NOT register, unless you're actually using them with a TAPI/JTAPI application
