CUACS 10.6.0.1872: issue with Forwarded Call Information

Hello,

 

we have a CUACS 10.6.0.1872.

 

We have this issue: if a call is forwarded to an operator's extension, the Forwarded Call Information are incomplete on the CUACS; in fact, we see only the calling number (and name), and the final called number (the operator's extension), but not the original called number.

 

In other words, currently we can't see on the CUACS all the Forwarded Call Information that we can see on the phone:

 

Caller Name
Caller Number
Redirected Number
Dialed Number

 

If we remember correctly, the old free Attendant Consoles (included in CUCM until version 7.x) showed all these information...

 

What's wrong? Is there a way to solve this issue?
