CUCI-Lync - Presence Information

Hi, we have deployed the CUCI-Lync in our lab. Everything works fine.

Now, i would like to understand few points and would appreciate your reply

1. When for a user 1, if i have not installed the CUCI-Lync plug-in and the other user-2 has a plug-in and when he goes off-hook, will user-2 show as "busy" for user-1?

2. How the presence information flow and controlled, when we have CUCI-Lync?

3. What are the pros & cons of CUCI-Lync?

1. Yes, you can also configure a custom presence to say "on the phone".
