Hi,
We have defined a CTI device which transfers incoming calls from CUCM 10.5 to Unity connection.
In Unity we set up schedule for different time and route that call to a specific number.
When user get to Auto Attendant and dial that number, they hear two beeps before the call get transferred.
We want to disable that two beeps, could someone help with that?
(We used CTI route to Unity as we needed to define a schedule for that extension, i.e. forward to mobile number during after hours)
Call flow is PSTN --> MGCP Gateway --> CUCM 10.5 --> Unity Connecion --> Extention
Thank you,
Soheil

I *think* the two beeps are your tone on hold. I would set the blank wav file for network-on-hold on the Unity Connection integration ports in CUCM.

Thanks a lot George for the reply.
I checked the CTI network-on-hold configuration and it shows as below.
Also checked the Integration ports on the CUCM : Advanced Features -> Voicemail -> Cisco Voicemail ports, but could not find network-on-hold feature.
Could you elaborate on how to set the CTI network-on-hold to blank? It is already on the none.
Thank you.
