CUCM 10.5 CONFIGURATION

Dear Experts,

 

I appreciate your insight with regards to my previous posting. I have configured the call management system but I still get a message indicating ''Configuring Unified CM List''  and alternating message ''defaulting to tftp server'' on the screen of Cisco 7942G IP Phone.The Unified communication server seem to be working fine from the performance summary from the system. Could I kindly get more insight about this scenario and if I can get an Expert with webex privilege I would be humbled and honored to share the screen so that we can get a way forward. I appreciate your continued support.

Hi, 

Is it affecting only one phone?

What is the ip phone firmware and cucm version involved?

What do you see in the status messages on the phone?

What is the frequency and impact of the issue?

Do you have packet captures from the phone when the issue is seen?
