Attempting to add an SMTP host under OS Administration/Settings/SMTP. Getting an error that the SMTP service is not available. Looking as the service active nation screen shows not SMTP service. What am I missing here?
Silly me. After doing a packet capture it appears that this is referring to port 25 on the mail server, which is closed. I'll get with our Exchange Admin to see if it can be opened. Would be nice to have the option of port specification on the CUCM side.
