CUCM 8.5 Role configuration

Hi,

Want to give customer Help desk user the possibility to change PIN and Credetial ONLY.  So I chose Read/Update User web pages  and Credetial.  If I want to block changes on all the rest of the options on the enduser page how can I do that?

You can't, the roles in CUCM are not that granular that you can choose which settings should be available within a page, or which users/devices/etc they can change their config.

You can do that on the user self care portal:

https://<CUCM ip>/ucmuser/main#userpage

That is under general settings Tab.

now if this is not enabled then you can check the roles the user has and enable that with roles first
