Why does cisco make this so complicated.
I have searched through the current CUCM knowledge articles and found nothing relevant
I have lost access to my CUCM web admin page version 7.x
I get the error message of network timed out message advising the server is taking too long...using firefox. Same as IE
URL is https://192.168.20.2:8443/ccmadmin/
I can access CUCM cli to ping and traceroute to above IP OK
Had access to this 2 days ago when I was updating phone firmware
Using command "utils network arp list" shows entry for router IP address of 192.168.20.2 and traceroute to 192.168.20.1 OK
When pinging gets destination host unreachable and error running command.Executed command unsuccessfully..
I also updated FF about:config via
security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha...making both false..
security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha
Please help.. :) :)
