CUCM intigration with Lotus Sametime for Click to Call

Hi,

We are configuring Click to call with lotus sametime &CUCM 9.1 but I'm not getting and document which can describe what changes i have to do on CUCM & Louts Sametime to achieve click to call functionality.

Please help me on this.

Shambhu,

It looks like Cisco hasn't supported Sametime integration since Call Manager 6. Here's the documentation on it:

I had opened a case with Cisco PDI helpdesk and as per them its supported but i didn't get any document from them which can describe the changes which i have to do to achieve this functionality.

My apologies, I didn't find that version in my first search.

Though it is still supported, it appears that they will not be making any more updates to the product. It is End-Of-Life and soon will be End-Of-Sale. The push currently is towards Cisco Jabber. Here's the EOL notice:
